Awful start of the tour. We weren’t told the street or numbers on the stops where the routes were taking us. We were told different places to go and ended up getting on a different company’s tour bus who kindly took us to our next stop. There we another two couples who were having the same problem. It was ridiculous. Staff on the tour buses were very nice once we knew what the procedure was. You definitely need to communicate better with visitors who are strangers to the city and do not speak Spanish.My wife and I had to wait a while to be able to get on a bus. The first three buses had not enough seats available. Once on the bus, up top where seats were available, it was cold and wet from a slight rain. After getting off and getting back on at the Museum or Arts, it started raining heavily, ...
My wife and I had to wait a while to be able to get on a bus. The first three buses had not enough seats available. Once on the bus, up top where seats were available, it was cold and wet from a slight rain. After getting off and getting back on at the Museum or Arts, it started raining heavily, we were getting soaked up top. The assistant down below came up and got us to come down and stand until some seating was available. Other than the initial wait, and the rain, the rout was good and the information through the earphones was interesting and informative. Going back today for more. Let’s just hope this time is better.Excellent way to get to the major sites of Barcelona!! Easy on and off, frequent service. Very reasonably priced.

This is a must during a stay in Barcelona! My husband & I had a short stay in Barcelona and wanted to make the most of our time. We prebought tickets and were able to board without a wait. We rode on the top level and found the seats to be comfortable. The tour is prerecorded and available in several languages with several tops. We rode both routes then chose our favorite sites to visit. There are plenty opportunities for taking photos. You will be pleased with your ticket purchase!On time schedule.
