Our family of 6 (kids ages 22, 20, 17, 10) had a fabulous and unforgettable adventure with Diogo. It was such a great way to learn about, explore, and experience Sintra and its environs. We had so much fun! The experience included a tasty and authentic meal stop. The off-roading, which led to a short hike through sand dunes to the beach (where we got to explore a cave on our own), was a highlight. We all highly recommend this. With Diogo we spent a wonderful day. He showed us very accommodating the most beautiful places. Thank you very much for the great excursion!

We had the best time with Silvia. She adjusted the itinerary to make sure we saw everything we wanted to see. She even added a couple of "surprises" that only a local would know about. Not only does she have an extensive knowledge of the history but it is obvious that she loves it. Her love of Portugal, its history, and its people is infectious. She found a great place for us to have lunch that would have vegetarian options for my wife. It was such an awesome day. We are so glad we booked the tour and were able to spend the day with Silvia.Honestly, when we booked this excursion we did not really know what to expect. This trip was just lovely we had an excellent guide in Gonzallo who told us where we could visit and gave us the choice we felt would suit us and took us as close as he could in the bus. We arrived via the cost road and stopped several times once to eat pastille de nata where they are fabricated and take in the breath taking views. Lunch in a quiet picturesque restaurant was included in the price with delicious green wine and local cheeses to follow. Altogether a day well spent and suitable and/or adaptable for people of any age.My 18 year old daughter and I spent the day with Diogo for a tour of Sintra and Cascais. My 18 year old daughter and I spent the day with Diogo for a tour of Sintra and Cascais. He communicated well prior to our day about where and when to meet and all day he made us feel comfortable. His English is excellent and it was fun to learn more about the portugese language when I asked. Diogo gave us a great experience not only with the focus of the tour, but also the culture. I'm still dreaming about the coffee and pillow pastry he exposed us to, and the authentic portugese lunch was so interesting and delicious! He ordered for us which was so helpful. For an 8 hour tour, it's important to spend the day with an enjoyable tour guide and Diogo was just that....a pleasure to be around as well as an excellent wealth of information!
