Note: Classes are scheduled based on availability and your needs, usually starting at 2:00pm. We do the classes based on reservations. If you're visiting Roatan on a cruise, we have to make sure that we can schedule the class and bring you back to the ship on time. We can also pick you up before class start time and go sightseeing and/or do another activity or tour! Just let us know if you’re interested in doing this and we can set it up.

Reserve your seat for a Chocolate Making Class at the famous Roatan Chocolate Factory. Get a free tour of the chocolate factory, learn the secrets of chocolate making, help them save the rainforest with chocolate, take your own creations home and taste all the free 100% Honduran organic chocolate samples. Beginners welcome! Family-friendly! Come have fun with us!

This was a nice break from outdoor activities during our family vacation. There were 5 of us; ages ranged from 17 through 52. Class was very informative, not only did we learn how to make the chocolate but we also learned quite a bit about the historical, cultural, and environmental aspects of chocolate making. The chocolate you make is a very dark chocolate, so my guess is that little kids may not like it as much as we did. My favorite part was eating the cocoa beans, I bought a big bag to bring home and have been enjoying a couple every day.We had an amazing time with Dani from RTGA during the Chocolate Making Class at the Roatan Chocolate Factory. Dani was very kind and had vast knowledge of chocolate making, the Roatan island, and Honduran history. I highly recommend this tour.
