Our group of seven had an incredible day with our guide Eric. We visited Chichen Itza, Ek Balam, had a delicious lunch and finished with an energizing swim in a cenote. The younger members of our group were able to climb the Ek Balam pyramid for a truly unique experience. I really can’t say enough about the wealth of knowledge that Eric shared with us about the pyramids and the Mayan culture and history. Thank you Eric and My Quest Concierge Privale Tours.I recently had the pleasure of taking a private tour of Chitzen Itza and a nearby cenote, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. I recently had the pleasure of taking a private tour of Chitzen Itza and a nearby cenote, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. The views were simply stunning, and the historical significance of the site was truly awe-inspiring. But what really made the tour exceptional was our guide, Gerry. From the moment we met Gerry, we knew we were in good hands. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the site and the culture of the ancient Maya civilization, and his passion for the subject was contagious. He went out of his way to make sure we understood the significance of each structure and the role it played in the ancient city. As we walked through the site, Gerry pointed out details that we would never have noticed on our own, and his enthusiasm for the subject really brought the history to life. His storytelling skills were second to none, and he had a way of painting a vivid picture of what life was like for the Maya people who once inhabited Chitzen Itza. After exploring the ruins, we made our way to a nearby cenote. Gerry gave us some background on the geological formation of the cenote, and we were amazed by the crystal-clear water and the lush greenery that surrounded it. We took a refreshing swim and even got to jump off a platform and zipline into the water, which was an adrenaline rush like no other. Throughout the tour, Gerry was attentive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable in the hot weather. He even provided us with cold drinks and lunch to keep us energized. In short, I cannot recommend this tour enough. The combination of history, natural beauty, and an outstanding guide like Gerry made for an unforgettable experience. If you're considering a private tour of Chitzen Itza and a cenote, I highly recommend booking with Gerry. You won't regret it!This was our first time to Mexico and Tulum. This was our first time to Mexico and Tulum. The My Quest guide was Irving, who couldn’t have made it a more interesting or pleasurable experience. Arriving at Chichen Itza as early as you can is clearly the right thing to do: no tour buses and slightly less sweltering. Irving was obviously very knowledgeable and able to bring to life the site without cheapening it in any way (he doesn’t like to clap like the other guides, you’ll see what I mean when you’re there). The site is incredible and Irving does it justice. Lunch and the cenote were similarly well chosen for their quality and for being slightly off the beaten track. Our tour was great. Shout out to Gerry! Thank you for wonderful experience! If your going to Playa Del Carmen or Cancun and are looking for a private tour, I highly recommend using myquest concierge.com. This is a very professional company and Gerry was awesome and very knowledgeable about the Mayan Culture. Gerry met us at our hotel the Grand Myan Vidanta at 7:00 am. The drive is a 3 hours to Chichen Itza. If my husband and would have visited Chichen Itza on our own we would not have learned munch about the Mayan Culture. What is nice about a private tour is that you can go at your own pace. After visiting the Mayan temple Gerry highly recommended that we go to cenote called Chukum to avoid the crowds. This was an excellent choice. We had the place to ourselves and it was absolutely beautiful. Lastly we went to Valladolid for lunch and ate at the Paladar De Cura and had Gerry make the lunch selection for us and it was absolutely delicious! We had a wonderful time! I will definitely use myquest concierge.com again for future tours. Thank you Gerry! This tour was the highlight of our trip! We saw Chichen Itza, climbed Ek Balam, and played in a cenote. This tour was the highlight of our trip! We saw Chichen Itza, climbed Ek Balam, and played in a cenote. Our tour guide, Eric, was extremely knowledgeable about Mayan culture and we learned so much during our tour. Eric took us to an authentic Mayan restaurant for lunch and recommended amazing dishes. The cenote was one of our favorite parts - very fun with rope swings and various cliffs to jump off. Highly recommend My Quest Concierge!
