Pick-up and drop-off was great and on time. The tour guide, Marco, was knowledgeable, engaging, and charismatic during the brief time we were at Chichen Itza (only 2 hours). Unfortunately, these characteristics also led to a false sense of trust so beware. He is a hustler who is only out to get t...

Enjoyable day. Our guide, Marco, was very engaging and knowledgeable. Thankful I chose "early access" tour with hotel pickup. We beat the crowds and the heat. Learned so much! Would recommend to friends. The buffet/cenote/cultural center we went to later was low key and relaxing.

This is a must-do! Our guide Marco was so knowledgeable and made the experience that much better. Highly recommend. Take plenty of water, sunscreen and cash for drinks as the lunch place did not accept credit cards.

Early access was worth getting up at 4am. This allowed for great pictures at the ruins. Our tour guide was wonderful and shared amazing history and culture of the Mayan people and intricate details of the Chichen Itza ruins. Clean comfy bus. The buffet was poor but everything else was great.
