Tour and tour guide was excellent. My problem was with booking the online tour. The website was slow and I was not given Senior discount and I wanted two tickets, only processed one ticket with no Senior discount. Tried to speak with Ladies before the tour, but they were not helpful or interested in anything but selling me another ticket. I did purchase one Senior ticket, but no refund for over charging for first ticket.It was a cold and choppy day but the staff and guide were simply the best. I was left in awe of Chicago architecture and the stories behind it. I highly recommend this tour!
