What to expect
First, meet in a cellar in the center of the town, into a coworking space. Come and taste four local cheeses and try different pairings with four local wines.
Learn why some cheeses pair well with wines and how taste wine.
Join a local specialist and learn more about the traditions and history of wine in the region, and how wine is made.
