As the icing on the cake you will learn to prepare also the iconic Tiramisu.

What to expect
Discover, cook and experience the most iconic Italian dishes with expert home cooks in their own homes. This is a shared cooking class held in a carefully selected local home in Modena. Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

- Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

It was a wonderful evening! It should be mentioned that, at least for us, it was more of an "experience" than a hands-on cooking class. We mostly just sat and watched one of the hosts make the tiramisu and pasta dough, the only hands on thing I did was roll out the dough for the pasta and shape a few tortelloni. We did not even watch them actually cook the pasta. So I would describe the experience more as you were invited over for dinner than a class of any sort. Although definitely the best part was just hanging out with the two hosts. They were both very welcoming, kind, had vibrant personalities, and overall just very pleasant to get to know and spend the evening with. All the food and wine served was also very good!It was a wonderful experience.. Raffaela welcomed us in her beautiful furnished appartment. She taught us how to prepare two sorts of pasta, and Tiramisu and the tasty starters. She was the perfect host, gave us lots of good cooking hints, and created a warm family atmosphere.
