We really loved learning how to cook Sicilian dishes with Rossella. She was an excellent host and cook. It was alot of Fun. We learned how to make eggplant parmesan, mushroom pasta and tiramusu. These were all family recipes and so delicious. She hosted this cooking and eatting class in her beautiful home and it was served with yummy red wine. She gave us beautiful magnet gifts as a memory of that day. The magnets had an interesting story. They are on display on my refrigerator here in Austin TX USA. It was really nice that her husband picked us up and returned us to the cruise port that day.Stephanie_V

We had an amazing time with Maria (and Franca). I would highly recommend cooking with Maria in her home. We toured the market and then she made us lunch. There was a demonstration, lots of wine, and many laughs. I would bring my friends and family next time and do it all again.
