This tour was fantastic. Our tour guide Christian was awesome.! He was very friendly and super patient with our group which consisted of non hikers and non swimmers. The hike up to the mouth of the cave was nothing but scenic. Christian was also very knowledgeable and explained a lot of the cave history. Gave my group a fantastic experience. I would request him if possible in the future. This company is easy to deal with and offers a lot with their tour packages. Food, transport to and from, water, towels and equipment needed for the tour.I was concerned about the cave tubing due to my extreme claustrophobia. I was assured the caves are very large and cavernous and for the most part they are. I am so glad I didn't let my fear of enclosed spaces stop me from this excursion. Our family of 7 did 3 different excursions with Captain Jaks: Fishing/snorkeling, cave tubing, and monkey river! The guides were all excellent! Henry, Jamie and Captain Dean on our fishing trip helped us catch 10 Spanish Makerals and swim with the fish and sharks! They were funny and knowledgeable and made our group feel comfortable in the water. The lunch they served from a local chef was DELICIOUS!! Christian on our cave tubing was personable, hilarious and super knowledgeable. We experienced total darkness, swimming in clear refreshing water and diving into a deep pool of water inside the cave. It was amazing! Doyle and Doyle Jr. on our Monkey River ensured we saw all the animals promised: Monkeys, Crocodile ,bats, countless bird species, turtle and the highlight was a manatee! Honestly, this outfit is top notch as we learned how well they care for and take care of their employees. We love to support that and give them a huge shout out!
