One day before the trip I got an email about the tickets. In the mail was written that the tickets attached. Unfortunately there was no link or any tickets! I wrote to the customer service about that and no one responded. I had to go to cat cocos office at 6:30 am and try to convince them that I paid for the tickets. It took half an hour and only few minutes before the departure time it has been confirmed.We paid €32 for the La Digue ferry pick up service from our hotel to the ferry port, for a normally €10 ride (we did not know before we went). The worst part is that the pick up service never showed up! We were very worried that we would miss the last ferry to Mahe to catch an international fligh...
We paid €32 for the La Digue ferry pick up service from our hotel to the ferry port, for a normally €10 ride (we did not know before we went). The worst part is that the pick up service never showed up! We were very worried that we would miss the last ferry to Mahe to catch an international flight. So we had to call a taxi at the last minute, and almost missed our last ferry of the day. When we asked for refund, since we did not use the service and the pick up did not show up, they refused to give us the refund and told a series of lies to us. Do not use their pick up service. Just take a taxi.
