We offer a completely relaxing and enjoyable beach yoga experience. Come out onto the beach at Congress Street in front of Congress Hall! Kelsy leads a class in which you are encouraged to do what feels good and which leaves you feeling refreshed and not sandy! Try her Beach Yoga and experience the best way to start the day.

My daughter and I finished off our long weekend trip with a relaxing, yoga flow. Kelsy is lovely and a wonderful instructor. We also enjoyed seeing dolphins swim by! Now it's back to school and work.
