On our one-of-a-kind Costa Rica zip line tour, you will fly through the trees on zip lines, rappel, rock climb, swing like Tarzan, and cross hanging bridges over a narrow river canyon. Your playground is the spectacular White River Canyon, formed by water erosion over millions of years.
It’s just a short walk from Hacienda Guachipelin’s Adventure Center to the first zip line platform, where your excitement begins. You’ll have exhilarating fun on 7 zip line cables, 1 hanging bridge, 2 Tarzan swings, a controlled 20-meter (65-foot) rappel, natural rock climbing wall, and via ferrata traverses and climbs. The tour generally takes between 90 minutes and two hours to complete.

We were very lucky and were alone with the guides who where really friendly and helpful with the kids. The kids absolutely loved it and so did we. Prefect adventure activity with little kids! They also watched out our car at the reception with all the luggage inside :)

I had a blast on this tour. Our group had about 20 people, but the crew moved through us quickly and we finished a little bit before the two hours were up. You do not need to do the rappel, but you do need to do the Tarzan swing, as it is the only way to get to the next course. Those who did the rappel said the drop was not bad at all; it was the rocking climbing up—the only way to get back up—that was tiring. The Tarzan swing lasts about 5 seconds, so it is not as bad as it sounds. I even got to go upside down on the last course. Our family went on this tour and we had a blast, it was the first time ziplining for a most of us and not only felt very safe but we also had a wonderful time. The staff took great care of us from the start, they allowed us to check out the start platform so that we would know what to expect before paying. We then got outfitted with the equipment and were given a 10 min talk about safety and what to expect on the course. After that, we were off to do the course. It took over one hour and we went above the canopy and thru a canyon with a river and a few waterfalls, what a beautiful scenery. This course has some unique experiences like the opportunity to rappel down to a platform 35 feet below and then back up on a rock climbing wall. It also offers a Tarzan like swing from size of the canyon to the other. We were very impressed with how meticulous the staff was at ensuring you were attached to the safety harness at every point, you can see they take safety very seriously. Highly recommend this activity. A plus if you are there is the lunch at the restaurant a la carte, we eat there before and had a great meal with lots of local options like "Casado".Spent the afternoon zip lining in the most beautiful scenery.
