Overview

I am a well established British Battlefield tour guide living in the Ypres Salient with over 12 years experience in guiding groups of all sizes. I am also a published author having written two books, one on the history of Langemark German Cemetery and one concerning the clearing of the battlefields post WW1. Between the years of 2014 and 2016 i was chairman of the Royal British Legion Branch in Ypres.
I conduct my tours at a relaxed pace giving my clients plenty of space and time to explore the sites visited and contemplate the events that took place on the very ground they are standing. As this tour is a private tour i can be flexible in timings and also sites visited. On booking you will have full contact with myself in order to discuss any requirements you may have. We want you to get as much out of your day with us as possible.
Ypres Battlefield Tours are your perfect partner for your battlefield experience.
I look forward to meeting you.
Roger
