Fabrizio took our group out for a fun day exploring Montepulciano and visiting two family owned Brunello vineyards in Montalcino. I exchanged a couple emails with Fabrizio prior to the tour to let him know of our interests and he created a perfect custom itinerary for us. We enjoyed every moment of the day we spent with Fabrizio. The conversation was great and we learned so much about the history of the area and what goes into making Brunello one of, if not the best wines in the world. The wineries we visited were both small and owned by friends of Fabrizio. Both winemakers spent ample time showing us their unique facilities and providing generous tastings of some delicious wines. Fabrizio made this day so special for us and we cannot wait to him again when we go back to Tuscany. I highly recommend that if you do one tour in Tuscany, choose Ciao Fabry if you want an authentic experience with a local who is knowledgeable and passionate about Tuscany. We booked a full day private tour of local wineries with Fabrizio during our recent stay at Podere Spedalone. Fabrizio is the best host and tour guide! We had a great time with him, visiting some wonderful wineries and learning about the different wines in the region. Fabrizio is very responsive in his communications and extremely helpful with suggestions for your itinerary. Our only regret is that we didn't have enough time to book another day with him! We feel like we've made a friend for life, and look forward to coming back soon for another great tour. Don't hesitate to book with Fabrizio. Ryder Cup bucket list trip two years in the making. Lots of research and planning. A couple of "foodies" and "wine enthusiasts". While the Ryder Cup Sunday was a once in a lifetime event for us, the Tuscany tour we took with Fabrizio was the most unforgettable part of our trip. We spent the better part of three days with Fabrizio, as he picked us up from our hotel and transported us to Tuscany for an unbelievable education on the area, the culture, and the history of his homeland. This also included a few stops at local vineyards that not many people on the planet would ever know about or even find these jewels. They all treated us as if we were old friends, and its easy to see that they are old friends with Fabrizio. He is very conscientious about the wineries he selects for his clients and it was one of the most amazing journeys I have been on, and we have travelled the world. Each winery was an amazing find for us, with Brunello being one of the best made in the world. I really would like to sing the praises of each winery here, but with the limited number of bottles made each year (less than 50k) I am afraid that once word gets out I wont be able to get some of the best I have ever tasted for myself. I will let Fabrizio introduce you to them personally. I could not recommend this experience enough. Studies show that people who spend their funds on "experiences' more so than "things" are usually happier people. THIS IS A DONT MISS EXPERIENCE IF YOU EVER HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY. When the time came to return home, we felt like we were leaving a close friend. Im ready to learn Italian and return!!Holy cow what a fantastic day! Fabrizio was amazing. FABRIZIO is incredibly knowledgeable in wine (he is sommelier) and he has lived in Tuscany most of his life. His tour will take you to family owned wineries, small villages and town squares. None of these are available on “google”! He is patient (takes as many photos as you want), kind (great to have conversations), and honest. We decided on our tour we wanted to get some cheese and meat for later dinner in our room and he took us around the village to collect the BEST meat and cheese. The winery was incredible. We were served homemade pasta with Ragu and tasted some of the best Brunello. I would give FABRIZIO 10 stars ⭐️ if I could! Do not look any further and book your trip with him!!!
