I only had so much time to sight see while in Belgium for work and wanted to hit both cities so this tour was good for that purpose. It was very convenient to have the tour group handle all the travel and showed you some highlights of each place. That being said it really is not enough time. You are very rushed and there really isnt a ton of extra time to explore on your own after the history part of the tour is over. This tour should probably be longer to a lot for a little more time for people. Plus it was very busy the day I went so I felt like some time got wasted sitting in traffic trying to get into Bruges and that should be accounted for. I paid to to see the tour not to sit in traffic. So overall Im glad I went because now I know what I need to come back and see on my own time when I'm back in town, but if you want a more relaxed tour I would only do one city a day to take your time and enjoy it.Jamal, the tour guide, is very knowledgeable and made this tour fascinating. He is also punctual, making this tour a bit at a faster pace.

Our guide was very nice, he gave a great overview of both cities, their history and buildings. We had 60-90 mins free time in each city after the guided tour. Highly recommend this tour to see 2 beautiful cities in 1 day.

Lovely trip but we were not told that the tour group were going to be split up. Five of us booked the trip and then got assigned to different groups. The tour guide was annoyed we didn't tell her we were together, but we were not told the group would be splitting up. Maybe make that clear on the tour discription for future groups that are booking to know that the need to book under the same booking. Also, we were told nurmous times that if we were not back on time, the bus would leave without us and we could get a train back. I understand punctuality is important but it caused unnecessary anxiety and we could not fully enjoy our free time as we kept checking the clock to ensure we were not late. Also, the tour guide was seemed irritated everytime we stopped to take pictures. There were some beautiful sights that we would not have had time to find in our free time so we took pictures as we went along.
