What to expect
Itinerary
Your amazing experience with us at Airsports starts from the moment you climb on board our Mercedes Vito that will transport you safely up to take off.
Upon arrival at the take off you will now be equipped with your harness, helmet and a go pro camera that will film the flight. You will now be briefed regarding take off, flight and landing procedures.
After a few quick steps you will feel yourself magically float away from the hillside. Once airborne your pilot will help you get comfortable in your harness, you will be surprised just by the comfort and this helps you to feel secure. Your pilot will then do his best to find and utilise any thermal updrafts that are present and possibly take you high up above take off and at the same time prolonging your flight. Your pilot will keep a running commentary pointing out things of interest and also explaining how the glider is flown.
Eventually you will glide towards the landing area (if conditions allow on the soft sands of La Caleta beach to sound of breaking Atlantic waves) touching down softly on your feet. You will now feel an euphoria that will be with you for days. This is exactly the reason we ourselves fly.

- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

It was the highlight of our trip to Tenerife!! We booked Paragliding with Airsports Tenerife based on Tripadvisor reviews and the fact that booking was very simple online. It was only £5 each to reserve a flight. We were picked up by Lucas from our Apartment in Los Cristianos, before time. We had a lovely chat on the way there… He picked us up in an old Land Rover, which made my husband very nostalgic… he loved the ride too. they answered all the questions for my excited children 10 and 14 years old. Our pilots were Martino, Nils, David and Lorenzo… all very experienced and friendly pilots. From the get go, they only made us feel comfortable and safe, especially since I was very nervous about it, I am a person who wouldn’t even sit on roller coasters 😁. Like someone else said, there was no jumping off a cliff… just gently running off a slope into the wind.. I did not feel afraid at all, I got Martino, who was very friendly and took a lot of pictures… thank you! I live taking lots of pictures! My Husband had David, my 14 yr old son had Lorenzo, and my daughter had Nils. My daughter was nervous about doing it, and had to go off with Nils on her own… but she thoroughly enjoyed herself, and felt very safe with him on her own. My son wanted a more “adventurous ride” and he got what he wanted. My husband got to go farther into the sea as he requested it. I wanted a gentle ride… and I got that. Everyone came out extremely happy, and very much satisfied. They took a lot of photos and videos of all of us, which are €30 above the price of the trip. But once you’ve done it, you definitely want the pictures for it. It is well worth the price. The amount of effort they put into doing this, is well worth what they charge. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone. Very friendly, very professional, and they also have a wonderful sense of humor!oyinkansolaa2022

From start to finish the entire activity was amazing. The guys were so friendly and explained everything. Our paragliding nearly got canceled because of The wind so you can tell how cautious they are when it comes to safety first. Ten out of ten would recommend!

Crew were amazing and really took care of us all. They picked us up on time and were very engaging and made us feel welcome. The views were amazing and the landing was smooth and can’t really say enough positive about the team. I would note that if you get a little car sick or sea sick I would take something before the ride and you will enjoy it more as one of my family did get a bit queazy but outside of that I would recommend this to anyone coming to the area. Simon and the crew where very accommodating and very knowledgeable, they explained everything, which helped calm my wife down as she was very nervous. The flight went exactly as they said, we really enjoyed the whole experience.
