Wir hatten diese Tour über VIATOR gebucht und waren trotz Kälte und Regen zeitig dh vor 8 AM vor Ort ABER weit und breit kein Tourguide noch ein entsprecheds SMS auf unserem Handy. Nach einem ergebnislosen Tel.anruf auf die bekannte Agenturnummer und einem daraufhin abgesetzten SMS mit der Bitte um rasche Klärung haben wir uns dann nach weiteren 20 Min Warten den Vormittag bis zum geplanten nächsten Termin mit der SS Great Britain selber organisiert. Ohne je eine Antwort auf das SMS erhalten zu haben, stellten wir dann nach 2 Wochen nach Hause zurückgekehrt nach Checken der Mails fest, dass die Tour ganz einfach wegen Fehlen eines Guides kurzfristig gecancelt worden ist. Unser Hinweis bei der Monate vorher abgeschlossenen Buchung, dass wir auf der Reise nur via SMS erreichbar wären, wurde einfach vernachlässigt. Im nachhinein ist man immer klüger aber eigentlich hätte uns schon die Rückfrage nach unserer Buchung stutzig machen sollen, ob es auch eine andere Tour sein dürfe, was nach der Zusage auf eine präzise Zeit/Anforderung eher strange ist.I just want to say our tour guide was extremely nice and pleasant. And the rest of the te she was reading off Google to get info. This definetly was not what we paid for. I also felt like the last hour of the tour was a waste of time. She pointed out graffiti that she and her friends thought were beautiful. Unfortunately, we did not learn much from this tour. She did tell is she had not given many tours before this... It just was not good.Requested full refund. I was told a guide was available, but as soon as they got payment they tell me no one available on dates I requested . No refund so far…..do not waste your money If I could give a zero rating I definitely would This is not a business it is a scam

I belive with time and more experience she will give much better tours.
