Assim que eu soube do atraso do meu voo com a ITA de Nice para Roma eu avisei a Viator do atraso, assim como mandei mensagem para o WhatsApp que estava no voucher, e alguém respondeu, dizendo que não era ninguém da Viator e que era engano! O transfer não aconteceu! Assim que eu soube do atraso do meu voo com a ITA de Nice para Roma eu avisei a Viator do atraso, assim como mandei mensagem para o WhatsApp que estava no voucher, e alguém respondeu, dizendo que não era ninguém da Viator e que era engano! E ainda acrescentou que isso não era a 1a vez que tinha acontecido. Em resumo, ninguém me deu nenhum tipo de retorno e tive que pagar um novo transfer do aeroporto de Bolonha para o hotel. E ainda paguei apenas 16 Euros, uma vez que a Viator me cobrou uma fortuna! Quero o meu reembolso.They didn't show up. Hello Viator, I arrived at the Bologna airport yesterday and proceeded to the “Meeting Point” area in Arrivals. There were several men meeting people with signs, but there was no one with my name. I had sent my flight number and arrival time so Book Taxi Group had my information. I searched for them for about a half hour and then went to the Travel Assistance desk. The agent instructed me to go out to the taxi waiting line and look there for my prepaid transfer to the hotel. None of the taxi drivers ever heard of Viator or Book Taxi Group. I called the local phone number listed on my voucher, but only received a recording, so I left a message. After waiting for another half hour I gave up and paid for a taxi to my hotel. Needless to say I was very frustrated and extremely exhausted after my 24 hour trip from California. Please refund my payment of $59.89 for the service which I didn’t receive.
