Bogova Waterfall and Osumi Canyon tour
Overview
The tour is a private tour with private transportation (max of 30 people). It begins with a coffee stop in Bogovë village, before you head towards the Bogovë waterfall after a nice 40-minute easy hike, where you can enjoy beautiful views and a refreshing bath in the natural pool.
After a lunch break in a traditional restaurant, the tour then goes to the impressive Osumi Canyon, the largest canyon of Albania. You will make a few stops on the way at the best viewpoints to enjoy breathtaking views. Your guide will then take you for a swim in the river of the canyon to enjoy its beauty from the gorge itself, before heading back fully relaxed.

What to expect
With the Backpackers tour, you will have the opportunity to discover two hidden gems of southern Albanian in a fun, chilled and inclusive atmosphere.
The tour begins with a coffee stop in the small village of Bogovë, before you head towards the Bogovë waterfall after a nice 40-minute easy hike in the middle of nature. There you get a chance to enjoy both a fabulous view and a nice refreshing (some say rejuvenating!) bath in the natural pool of the waterfall.
After a nice deserved lunch break in a traditional Albanian restaurant, the tour then takes you to the impressive Osumi Canyon, known for being the largest canyon of Albania. You will make a few stops on the way at the best viewpoints to enjoy breathtaking views and take some nice photos for souvenirs. Your guide will then take you for a walk and swim in the river of the canyon to enjoy its beauty from the gorge itself, make some natural clay masks, and some cool final jumps for the most courageous, before heading back fully relaxed to Berat.

A very nice guide and a good driver (with reckless driving). The experience was great, even if we didn't go rafting due to the lack of water... Anyway, we were able to swim in the river in the middle of the canyon, and it was such a wonderful experience!

It is great that you get to swim through the canyon and the guide(s) are very nice. Definitely recommend if you want to have an active day with a lot of swimming.

Excellent organisation, the opportunity to explore some amazing locations and the guides truly enjoy themselves which makes the experience even more enjoyable, seeing their passion for the tour and Albania in general.
