Boat Trip to the nearby Islands of Zadar
Overview
The meeting place is Obala kneza Branimir, near the gas station. Then we will cruise towards the nearby islands. We will visit Preko on the island Ugljan, the island Ošljak and the island Galavec. I will take you to a nice beach where you can swim, dive or just sunbathe.
This trip is an ideal way to see Zadar and the surrounding islands from a whole new perspective.

Ošljak lies just off the Dalmatian coast between Zadar and the island of Ugljan. It used to be called Calugerà, after the noble Calogerà family that had owned the island and built its summer residence and gardens there.

Preko is situated on the island of Ugljan, the most inhabited island of the Zadar Archipelago. It is small please with many restaurants, coffee bars and souvenir shops. There are nice beach where you can swim, dive or just sunbathe.

We will sail to the beautiful sandy bay Furnaža, where you can swim and dive.

We had a wonderful half-day trip. The skipper was very nice and he took us to some cool places, where we could swim and snorkel. At the last stop, we were able to jump off the boat to buy some ice cream. Also our kids (6 and 10) enjoyed it very much.

The captain was the best (and nicest!) tour guide we could have wished for. The day on sea went smoothly and great and Captain showed us once-in-a-lifetime things. Again, 10/10 would recommend!

He knows a lot of really nice spots and also he knows a lot to tell you about the history of Croatia espacially Zadar. I know where to go, if I will be back in Zadar one day!
