Stop At: Lungomare Di Gaeta, Lungomare Giovanni Caboto, 04024 Gaeta Italy
Cast off the moorings we will admire the Gulf of Gaeta, the ancient fortifications, the Bastions, the Church of San Francesco and the Cathedral of Sant'Erasmo, which dominate the Gulf.
Duration: 10 minutes
Stop At: Castello Angioino-Aragonese, Salita Castello, 04024 Gaeta Italy
After passing the Gulf, we will go around Punta Stendardo and see the other fortifications, the Borgo Antico above the cliff, the Church of San Giovanni a Mare, literally overlooking the sea.
Then we will enter the blue oasis of Monte Orlando, where we will admire the Castle both in the Angevin and in the Aragonese parts. In the past the Castles were maximum security prisons, famous in the phrase "I'm sending you to Gaeta".
The commander will tell the story of the city and the castles.
The duration corresponds to the time taken to reach the attraction, there is no disembarkation from the boat.

After passing the Castles we will enter the heart of the protected oasis and nestle the cliffs overhanging the sea.

Stop At: Grotta Del Turco, Gaeta Italy
The cliffs end with the first large and characteristic inlet, the Grotta del Turco.

Stop At: Santuario della Santissima Trinita - Della Montagna Spaccata, Via Santissima Trinita' 3, 04024 Gaeta Italy
Alongside the Grotta del Turco we have the Montagna Spaccata. In the fissure of the Mountain there is a Chapel. The Commander will tell the genesis and the story linked to the Mountain and its Sanctuary.

Stop At: Spiaggia di Serapo, Via Marina Di Serapo, 04024 Gaeta Italy
After Monte Orlando, we arrive at the first of the 7 stretches of beach in Gaeta, namely the Serapo beach

Stop At: Parco Regionale Riviera di Ulisse, Via della Breccia 5, 04024 Gaeta Italy
After passing the Serapo beach, the time has finally come to dive into the turquoise waters that can only be reached by sea. The area where we will dive (if you live) is that of Pozzo del Diavolo and the 40 Remi. They are real natural pools in which bathing is truly characteristic, among caves and inlets.
The break for the bathroom lasts about 30 minutes. At the end of the bath we will give you the necessary time to dry off and not to catch cold and we will return to the port.

A wonderful short trip with option to swim in the sea. Simone the captain is super friendly and native to Gaeta. There’s an undercover section and section to sunbathe on the boat. After experiencing this and swimming in the sea, it may be difficult to enjoy spending all your time on the beach under a sunbed, surrounded by too many people. I struggled staying on the beach after experiencing this opportunity to swim in glorious sea. A family run business, seafaring people, delightful humans. I highly also recommend the 4 hour boat cruise too (I did both).luigisZ4189FH

It was a really nice trip to get out of the heat of Rome. Very attentive captain, we felt very safe. The water was warm and the bay we swam in was protected so it was an easy swim.
