- Wristbands must be put on before entering Blue Tree Lagoon and worn for the entire duration of visit in the park
- Children under 12 must always be supervised by an adult
- Food and beverages (including alcohol) purchased outside the park are not allowed in Blue Tree Lagoon
- Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas for the comfort of all guests
- Visitors are required to shower before entering any pool and water play area
- ** Visitors may wish to take advantage of KIDS PLANET. It offers a fun atmosphere and plenty of activities for the little ones. THE LITTLE LADY BUG ROOM is for ages 18months to below 3 years is THB 300- per hour (pay locally) and THE BIG BEAR ROOM is for ages 3 years to below 7 years is THB 250- per hour (pay locally). Grip socks are required (available on arrival with surcharge).

Great pool, great food at the restaurants, welcoming staff. We had a great time spending the time with our kids. Enjoyed also the zip lines and the slides. Very short waiting time ( if any) to the attractions
