Blue Hole and River Rafting
Overview
Explore Jamaica's Cool Blue Hole and Secret Falls during this tour from Ocho Rios. On the journey to the Blue Hole, pass through the center of Ocho Rios, the nearby town of Exchange and Jamaica's oldest hydroelectric plant. Once there, dive, swing on Tarzan ropes, swim and hike around one of the island's most stunning natural attractions. Learn about the history and ecology of the area from your local guide. Round-trip transportation from Ocho Rios hotels is included.
Then on to a River Rafting ride through our forest whiling listening to the tranquilizing natures sounds

What to expect
River lagoons, cave, Waterfalls and rope swing jump for the Blue hole. For the rafting you will be seated on a Bamboo Raft for 45 minutes to an hour while you raft down the white river.

The tours were great I just hated how pushy people are in Jamaica to get you to buy items it’s very annoying but that’s not something this tour can control.Fun time for the whole family! Fun time for the whole family! Samantha was able to book us a custom tour, where we experienced, horseback riding, blue hole, and Dunns river falls. The whole day was about 945-4 PM. Anytime the driver was running late to pick us up they let us know. Traffic in ocho rios can be unpredictable so this is very understandable. Driver and Samantha were great on giving us history of Jamaica and we’re willing to stop for food when we got hungry. From a safety standpoint we felt very comfortable with this group. The van was spacious and clean. Details on each activity below: Blue Hole: The waterfall is very strong, so please use a life jacket. We did not expect it to struggle as we were all strong swimmers. Thankfully, the guides were with us the whole time and willing to help when needed. The mini hike to the waterfall has vendors and a bar so it got a little crowded but overall a fun time! Horseback: Horseback riding was also very fun for the family. The horses did look a little thin but they were able to support us on the walk to the ocean. The caretakers assured us that along with grass they are fed apples and carrots. The horse caretakers were very good at picking horses to fit the size of each individual. For those who were nervous they held the reins the entire time and were even good at taking pictures. Dunks River: Must do! Samantha had someone walk us to the gate and give us our wristbands. We were also able to buy water shoes and a locker so bring extra cash. You are led by a guide in a larger group to the top of the waterfall. Our guide was amazing and helped to get everyone there in one piece.5 had the most amazing time Ray J was the best tour guide and driver highly recommend booking with their company. Unfortunately our day was cut short due to a strike/protest of the river rafting workers but the company was very great about it and offered an alternative (horseback riding, which didn't interest us personally) or a partial refund. Overall, would recommend, especially Carlos!
