We were a group of four and had a walk in the blue city with Ram early morning. We had an amazing and peaceful experience wandering in these blue narrow lanes. Ram was an excellent guide and gave us many interesting information. We highly recommend this tour.

We were extremely fortunate that the audio guides at the fort were unavailable when we visited as it meant that we got to meet the fabulous Ram. Not only did he give an excellent tour of the fort itself, we also got to spend the rest of the day with this incredibly knowledgeable, interesting, polite and funny guide. Whilst my family took to the zip-wires to do the flying fox experience (also recommended) I was able to spend more time with Ram, hearing about the history of the blue city and the cultural highlights of Jodhpur. Ram took us on one of the best walking tours I have been on - he seemed to know every nook and cranny, pointed out all the stunning architectural features and we even had time for tea with one of the street chai wallas. Ram built the tour around our wants and needs, we didn't want to visit the bazars or do any shopping, but if we had wanted to he would have done so. I wholeheartedly recommend contacting Ram if you're planning a visit to Jodhpur as his knowledge is extensive and there's no way we would have found half the places he took us if we'd set out on our own.
