Excellent tour, the guide is too knowledgeable about the city, the route is very nice, don't forget to use sunscreen. The route is clean and the view is beautiful

The guide David was patient & taught us a lot. We had a party of 5 & We were able to pick which bike we thought accommodate us best. It was a fun smooth ride. Got to see a lot of Panama. Definitely would do it again.

This was a great tour and I really enjoyed our guide, David. His English is good and he's so enthusiastic about sharing info on Panama. Cycling along the bridge and seeing the freighters waiting to enter the Panama Canal was awesome. The walking and cycling paths we travelled were gorgeous, and Casco Viejo was interesting with so many little shops that I want to go back and check out. Our Trek bikes and helmets were in great condition.
