My favorite part was experiencing the old town. I love the buildings. It was great checking out the causeway. Daniel even took time out with me for some ceviche after our ride.

Daniel took us through the most beautiful parts of the city, we saw Casco Viejo, took a break at the sea food market and rode along the Cinta Costera. I learned a lot about Panamanian culture and history, making it the perfect way to start your stay. The most wonderful part for me was riding along the Cinta Costera 3 which is a bridge surrounding the old town of the city. We went there right before sunset and had the most amazing view.
