Great tour of DC. Loved the hop on hop off. We bought the two day pass and were able to use it for 48 hours. This was nice because we got a late start the first day. The audio was great.

Viator tickets weren’t accepted by agent and had to repurchase on spot. Viator help unavailable. Not a ideal transaction.

Now basically there is one route and its shorter than it was before. Busses are dirty and in need of repair

My only suggestion is that they replace some of the recorded music with information and stories about the sites. We drove by some pretty noteable landmarks to just music playing
