We just spent the weekend in New York and bought tickets for two days including a night tour so we were told. We did the red route on Saturday which was great however there was no night tour, the buses stopped running at 5 and on Sunday the blue tour was not going as there was an event happening. We paid extra for the two days and the night tour but could only use the bus one day until 5. Next time we go to NYC we definelty will be using their competator Top View which was running all the time inclduing late into the night. We even asked as we purchased our tickets but were given very misleading information.Route was blocked by a protest (after a late start due to a bike race) and the company wouldn't issue a credit or refund (was told, "you can buy another ticket!"). Route was blocked by a protest (after a late start due to a bike race) and the company wouldn't issue a credit or refund (was told, "you can buy another ticket!"). We were completely unable to use our tickets and the company did not care to try to help. They intentionally make an online chat the only way you can contact them so they don't have to talk to customers. If nothing goes wrong, maybe it's a good time, but if you have an issue they will NOT help you.
