- For our Standard Night Tour please arrive 15 minutes before boarding, as the tour operates on a first-come, first served basis
- Night Tour is not a hop-on hop-off tour
- Please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
- 21+ Night Tour - please go to Big Bus Tours staff at the 1st level bar of the Hard Rock Cafe no later than 7:15 pm
- Adult Night tour is for 21 years or over.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 48 travelers

Though a lot of the same thing on both tours, it really does depend on the tour guide you get. We actually took the hop on hop off tour during the day, then this Open Top Night tour at night. Though a lot of the same thing on both tours, it really does depend on the tour guide you get. We had 3 different guides over all of the stops and different tours we took and by far our favourite was Lindsey. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and always keeping us all informed of what to expect at every aspect of the tour. We had her at the first half of the day time hop on Hop off, then she ended up being our guide for the nigh time one as well and boy were we glad to see her! The tour itself is also a lot of fun and they drop you off for a while on Freemont to experience the nightlife here. Word of warning, not for kids. As per any big city, there are, shall we call them interesting characters throughout the area and they are very active at night. A lot of the entertainment is not kid friendly either, so wouldn't recommend for that but for adults, it was a great experience. It was a horrible experience. We walked to the location where the Big Bus was suppose to pick us up. There was no pick up Linq Lane was shut down due to the NFL Draft. We got no email, text, no communication at all. When I called for a refund of my money no one was able to reach the actual trip coordinators and knew what to tell me about getting a refund. It is still pending and I’m not sure what it will take and how long to get a refund of my $300.
