Fantastic open bus tour. Great audio that is informative and you can also use the green bus company so buses available regularly. We did the history walk with Freddy - he was a fabulous and engaging speaker. Our kids (aged 9 & 12) were enthralled with his stories to tell history and explain significant events and places. We would not have learned so much about Berlin’s pre/post war history and the Berlin wall without Freddy’s expertise and lived experience as a Berlin resident before and after the wall came down. Highly recommended.Lovely bus tour with good information though head phones, came regularly, stops off at all the best sites

Buses don't show up, you can't call the tour company-it rings a few times and disconnects, app only partially works, no signs anywhere to guide you. Tour company did not respond to Trip Advisor when they tried to investigate. My precious vacation time was wasted waiting for phantom buses to come and a phantom walking tour! Horrible experience. No bus showed up for over an hours. No responses on the chat and no other way to contact them for a refund. At least 10 annoyed passengers taking other buses.

At 16:00 the last one leaves and at Alexandplatz you are ‘stuck’ at 17:45 already. This is not announced when you get your tickets and it’s in very little writing on the map you provide. For a tourist your day doesn’t end at this hour.
