Overview
Pedal through Montreal's different neighbourhoods in a small group through the eyes of a local. Your guide show you street art, the waterfront, our many parks and back green alleyways, the Gay Village and hidden gems. Picnic lunch and craft beer are included as well as a deep understanding of our culture and history. The best way to see the city is on two wheels, we'll make sure you fall in love with Montreal.

Stop At: Mount Royal Park, 1260 Remembrance Road, Montreal, Quebec H3H 1A2 Canada
We'll stop at the foot of the mountain at Jeanne-Mance park to learn about its importance to locals and the history of the founding of our city!
Duration: 15 minutes
Stop At: Leonard Cohen Mural, 1420 Crescent Street, Montreal, Quebec H3G 2B7 Canada
This massive mural is dear to Montreal. Learn about it and the dozen others we will stop by!
Duration: 35 minutes
Stop At: Plateau Mont-Royal, 170 Prince Arthur Rue St-Denis, Montreal, Quebec H2X 1B7 Canada
We'll spend a good amount of time here biking the back green alleys, neighbourhood streets, learn about the hot spots and culture of the area, see a bunch of street art, check out parks and even have our lunch picnic here.

We'll go to a hidden vantage point to overlook the port and the river!

We'll hop off our bikes to enjoy the over 1km pedestrian mall in one of the most vibrant areas of our city, our Gaybourhood. Photo ops galore and we will be learning about Montreal's LGBTQ+ community!

The entire experience was great. Tour guide(s) did a wonderful job and the chosen sites were very interesting. The picnic lunch in the park gave everyone a chance to get to know each other a bit. Well organized and worth the money.

What a great start to our Montreal visit! Danny is a spectacular guide with deep knowledge of the city. More than that, his interest in Montreal wall art, food, city life, culture and current social movements is extensive and freely shared. We got a great overview of Montreal in our first afternoon, allowing us to focus on more specific bike rides and points of interest the rest of our trip. Danny also went far above and beyond his 3 hour tour obligations. We had 2 flat tires and a related bike problem on our own bikes (not bikes provided by Spade and Palacios for the tour), and he solved our problems with his knowledge of local bike shops. It also meant he stayed with us for 4-1/2 hours! Can't say enough about this tour as an introduction to Montreal and Danny as a leader!!christinajeanr

DANNY was amazing!! What a fun way to explore! I loved seeing and learning about all the different murals around the city, biking through the Entertainment district and learning about the festivals and shows that take place each year, biking through Gay Village and learning about their inclusivity for all (as well as a fabulous 11 day festival that takes place every August), admiring the unique colors and architecture of the houses along the way, and getting some great photos of the magnificent view at Old Port. DANNY was super knowledgeable about all things Montréal, not to mention funny too, and takes the time to get to know each person on the tour to be able to recommend and point out other places of interest. Thank you so much for making my first day in Montréal a great one!Warren H

Our cycling tour was converted to a walking because of bad weather but that didn’t change how much fun I had and if anything meant we got to experience more as we did different bits of the tours! We started off seeing murals and various buildings and alleyways around the Plateau area which was so interesting. Our guide Tom answered all our questions and gave us the perfect level of information about the city, it’s history and things going on in the city today. We enjoyed a great beer tasting with a fatoush salad then made our way to the Jean Talon Market for some excellent charcuterie, cheese, iced cider and sorbet tastings! I would thoroughly recommend this tour company if you want to see Montreal from a locals take and the cheat sheet they give you is very useful!bjh5249

We had a great time on the tour. Daniel and Terry were very friendly and knowledgeable. We loved seeing the murals and neighborhoods of Montreal. The lunch in the park was delicious. The biking was fun and not too challenging. Definitely worth it!
