Stop At: Megalochori, Megalochori, Santorini, Cyclades, South Aegean
Leaving from the north, drive through steep hills and dry grassland to reach Megalochori, another traditional village in the island's center. Feel free to stroll the narrow pathways and take photos of the beautiful tiered bell towers along the way. Hundreds of tiny whitewashed houses with graceful architecture, beautiful blue-domed churches, and underground cave dwellings make up this settlement. You will learn about local culture and lifestyle in this picturesque and non-touristic setting.

Stop At: Akrotiri Lighthouse, 84700 Greece
Travel southwest to the Lighthouse. It was built in 1892 and is regarded as one of the best of its kind in the Cycladic Islands, as well as an excellent place to watch the sunset. Walk around it on the cliffs or sit on the rocks by the sea. A significant number of surrounding islands may be visible on a clear day.

Archie is a very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind tour guide. We were able to see many of the main sites in Santorini in a six hour tour, and we learned a lot along the way. You will see some beautiful views, churches, and more. My sister, aunt and I all highly recommend Archie!
