We’ll take you on a driving tour through Rockcliffe Park. Large tour buses aren’t allowed to go here, but since we’re in a smaller, passenger van you’ll have the chance to check out some sights that most tourists won’t get to see, such as: the official residence of the US Ambassador to Canada, the Governor General’s Residence (Rideau Hall), and the Prime Minister’s Residence. We’ll also stop at the Rockcliffe lookout point where you take some amazing pictures while looking out on Ottawa River.

After arriving in town in a rain storm, the sun came out for our tour of Ottawa! We were the only two booked for this late October visit and our guide, Brayden, gave us an informative tour that lasted about 4 hours. He had the arrangements all made for our tour of the Senate building and the boat/river tour. He also taught us a lot about the city, the government of Canada, the history, and stopped at times so we could take pictures. We enjoyed our time with him, but really didn't need the boat tour as the narration was fairly repetitive of what he had already told us and we'd had similar views while on land. Maybe because we live on a lake, a boat ride isn't as unique as it would be for others. Brayden was very personable and knowledgeable, and did a great job.Gearld H

I was in a small group with a very informative guide. He was both knowledgeable about the area but also well traveled and capable of conversing on May subjects. The overall experience was excellent and the tour offerings gave me a feel for the city.

We were 45 minutes late being picked up at our Motel. We were dropped off for the boat cruise but left stranded in front of the Chateau Laurier at Rideau St. & Elgin St. for nearly 2 hours after the boat cruise.. Jason our tour guide never did show up. My granddaughter is disabled & we stood there & were cold & finally gave up waiting & had to find our way back to our Motel. We spoke to Andrea from Sightseeing Tours & she told us we are getting a full refund. The couple with us Janis & Neale were from Calgary & were thoroughly disgusted with the hospitality.He was using a walker & was elderly & was also very upset. I am expecting my full refund from Visator which was paid up front on my Capital One credit card. This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had with a Tour.
