I joined this tour just for access to the Last Supper and left after that so I can only comment on the first part. Guide was excellent. Used whisperers so everyone could hear. You’re only allowed 15 minutes in there, not set by the tour company but by the museum, so they can get as many people through as possible. Even though I didn’t go on the rest of the tour, it was worth every penny to see the Last Supper. We really enjoyed this tour. We booked through Milan-museum.com. We really enjoyed this tour. We booked through Milan-museum.com. Our guide, Sylvia, was excellent, kept us all informed of where we were, good places to explore further, had a great knowledge of the history of The Last Supper painting and kept us all together as a group as we walked from site to site. Justin met us at the door to The Last Supper exhibit to make sure we were all present then handed us over to Sylvia to commence our journey. A good 3 hour walk to many of the Milan centre city highlights with excellent commentary all the way from Sylvia. She even warned us about dangerous crosswalks and certain crowded areas where pickpockets could be more prevalent (no one in the group got pickpocketed!! We were all prewarned and on guard). Earbud headsets were handed out at the start of the tour so you never had to strain to hear what Sylvia was saying and the range was quite good, sometimes I was well over 100 feet away and never had an issue hearing her. Sylvia knew a lot of the history of the sites, both ancient and recent so a very thorough background to the castles, buildings and area we saw. Very happy with the tour!! The voucher did not get emailed until the morning of the tour so some concern the night before as to when they would deliver it but once delivered no issues. Some reminders, no food or drink in the museum of The Last Supper, also no large bags or suitcases, purses are fine, but no backpacks. They do have free lockers in the ticket office if you really have to take large items with you, but the tour doesn’t end where it started so you can only store items while in The Last Supper museum. Definitely recommend this tour if you enjoy a 3 hour walk and want a good Milan history and sights to explore overview. Could be a little hard for wheelchairs, but no big staircases to navigate, just a few smaller steps, crosswalks, crowds and some dirt pathways. Your hoes rain or shine so dress appropriately and bring an umbrella if necessary.Very knowledgeable guide. She brought The Last Super and La Scala to life for us. Particularly enjoyed her description of the history of La Scala and its importance to Milan society. Highly recommend!
