We stayed in Corfu Town but wanted to see more of the island. The tour offered by Blue Tours was exactly what we wanted. Marinos was our driver and was fabulous. He offered suggestions of things to see, in addition to what we requested. He answered all of our questions and even purchased our morning coffees! An amazing tour with Blue tours. We had a smooth communication with Vicky about our tour and she made an itinerary based on our wishes and suggestions. Theodore was the gem of this trip. He was the perfect companion and driver. We visited many beautiful sights around the island but he was very attentive and flexible. He even put in a few extra stops with magnificent views. We were very well taken care of by him. He is kind, funny and very passionate about the island. We learned so many great things about Corfu. It was a wonderful experience. My extended family (13 of us) recently visited Corfu as one of our destinations on a Greek Islands cruise. Vicky truly helped us make the most of our day on this beautiful island! She was so helpful in planning our itinerary, providing us multiple suggestions and advice to suit our group's needs and wants. She was also amazingly prompt to all of my emails in the scheduling process! The day of we were met right at the cruise port with our private van, accomodations were wonderful and our driver Theodor was very friendly! They had curated our trip to not only transport us to our activities, but to take us on scenic routes to see more of the island (which I think was the most beautiful we visited 😊). We had one day in Corfu on a cruise ship visit in June of 2022, and I was eager to make the most of it. We booked Blue Tours' Best of Corfu: Full-Day Private Sightseeing Tour through Viator, and it was an excellent decision! We had a wonderful day and saw many of the glorious sights of that beautiful island. I was traveling with my teenage great-nephew and have some mobility limitations. I communicated these facts to Vicki, the company's coordinator, and she could not have been more helpful and responsive. We emailed back and forth about possible options and I let her know our preferences. We were delighted to meet our excellent (and safe) driver who was both knowledgable and a pleasure. We spent much of our day in the Paleokastritsa area amidst the astonishing natural beauty. We also visited the historic Byzantine Monastery and Corfu Town. We had lunch at a beautiful spot and did a little shopping. All in all it was a great day! I was very impressed by the personal responsiveness of the company and would highly recommend them to others visiting Corfu.niladrisg

It was quite fitting that the last day of our trip turned out to be the best one. Starting with the booking process : as soon as we booked this trip, we received prompt communication from Vicky that the Achilles palace was under renovation and only the gardens were open. She suggested alternative locations and we were happy that we heeded her suggestions. Communication with a tour operator has never been so prompt and professional. I wish all Viator Tour Operators were like this. Phillip (our guide) and Theodore (our driver) were excellent! Phillip is a mobile encyclopedia and his breadth and depth of knowledge is amazing. Theodore is an excellent safe driver and very interested and helpful. We were even offered bottles of cold water to cope with the heat. Overall, this trip was the best in Corfu. We had booked 2 excursions with another reputed tour operator - Paxos/Antipaxos and Albania. Other than the guide in Albania, sadly none of the other guides were interested or informative. Guides are a sort of ambassadors for their country/region and unfortunately the other trips were badly let down by their guides as well as poor organization. In contrast, this trip was so engaging and informative and Phillip & Theodore went the extra mile to ensure we saw amazing view points and had enough photo opportunities. Only suggestion to improve the trip would be to allow some free time in Corfu town for browsing/shopping etc. So maybe consider increasing the total time from 7hrs to 8hrs
