Quiero compartir la nefasta experiencia que he sufrido recientemente con la compañía privada de transportes "MY TRANSFER" en mi viaje a Berlín. Contraté y pagué este servicio por adelantado, el avión se retrasó una hora y cuando llegamos no había nadie esperándonos a pesar de que estos servicios tienen obligación de saber el horario de llegada de los vuelos y esperar al cliente. He reclamado mi dinero pero no me lo quieren devolver. Por cierto que los servicios que utilizamos en lugar de éste: taxis privados desde y al aeropuerto nos costaron la MITAD de precio. Espero que esto sirva de aviso a otros viajeros para que no se les ocurra contratarlos.
