Dan gave us an excellent tour, which started in the vineyard and took us through the wine making process finishing with a private wine tasting with food pairings in the cellar room. Dan was very personable and informative. His manner was friendly but also very professional. The food and wine pairings were spot on and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.A fantastic two hours which extended to four as our fellow travellers settled in for a bit longer while it rained outside. Leanne was a knowledgeable host with great industry experience and the wines exceptional. Food pairings were excellent. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

We had the pleasure of experiencing the “Behind the scenes tour with food and wine pairing” at Cape Mentelle, hosted by the Rachel. From the moment we arrived, Rachel welcomed us with open arms, took us on a thoroughly educational and interactive journey from being in the vineyards, to understanding production and concluding with a gorgeous private wine and food tasting. We absolutely loved Rachel’s energy, personality and added humor to the experience. We thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to coming back, and would recommend this as a “must do” experience when visiting Margaret River.Our experience of the Cape Mentelle Vineyard was such a wonderful time for us, with our guide answering all our questions throughout our tour......
