What to expect
This is a typical itinerary for this product
Stop At: Battambang, Battambang, Battambang Province
Start our day by cycling through the peaceful town. Stop at the central market, built by during French colonization. Then continue to the former provincial hall built-in 1908 after claiming back from Thailand.
After that, continue our cycling to northern Battambang town to explore some other local unique products including rice paper making, and banana chips. Finally, learn in-depth about Buddhism in Cambodia by visiting one of the oldest Buddist monasteries.

Stop At: Bamboo Train Battambang, 3698+JWH, Krong Battambang, Cambodia
The bamboo train is unique transportation for locals in this area. Formerly, people use this train to transport daily products from Battambang town to their villages. The train is made of bamboo and connects with a small engine. During the ride, it offers the best view of the Cambodia countryside and traditional stilted houses. The journey takes up one hour.

Visit one of the oldest houses with a beautiful deco.

I signed up for the biking tour in Battambang to explore the livelihood of the locals with a local tour guide, Sambath. With Sambath being a local and extensive knowledge, the tour was so eye-opening as i got to really experience first-hand the way the locals; I got a chance to enter into houses the locals live, tried the food the locals eat, visited local markets, got to know the kind of vegetables locals grow at home and so on. It was a brilliant day, visited all the local hidden gems in town. There is no better way to explore the town and experience the life as a local than this biking town. Highly recommend!Great tour, I enjoyed it very much. We saw many interesting things and the guide is very nice and speaks English well.

Il connaît très bien la région et vous montre les petits artisans locaux : bananes séchées, poissons fermentés, fabrication des feuilles de riz, etc..(vous pourrez goûter un peu de tout donc bonne nouvelle pour les gourm...
La visite de Battambang et des environs à vélo avec Sambath est juste super! Il connaît très bien la région et vous montre les petits artisans locaux : bananes séchées, poissons fermentés, fabrication des feuilles de riz, etc..(vous pourrez goûter un peu de tout donc bonne nouvelle pour les gourmands) nous avons également découvert le Bamboo train, chouette activité à faire dans les environs de la ville. Les vélos sont en parfait état et Sambath est génial ; il parle bien français et très bien anglais et il est très flexible. En effet, je ne me sentais pas bien le jour de l'excursion et il a adapté le programme en fonction de mon état. C'est quelqu'un de valeur et très fiable ! Nous lui souhaitons tout le meilleur dans le futur !!
