- Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 1 day of travel. In this case confirmation will be received as soon as possible, subject to availability
- Please, be at the check in point 15’ minutes before departure time
- This product is subject to cancellation or rescheduling based on inclement weather.
- The maximum weight allowed per eBike is 130kg (286, 50 pounds), in case of exceeding it, you won't be allowed to join the activity.
- Minimum age allowed is 10 years old or at least 1.50m tall. Child seats are available for your bike for children under 20kg.
- You must be able to ride on unpaved or uneven terrain.
- Comfortable clothing and shoes
- There is a minimum of people required to operate the tour. In the event that this minimum is not met, customers will be offered an alternative date, another tour of equal or superior value, or a full refund.
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Near public transportation
- There is a minimum of people required to operate on languages that are not English or Spanish. if this minimum is not reached, the tour will be offered in English.
- Tour may be affected due to special circumstances.
- Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Official tickets included on the tour are non refundable (35€/pax). Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

This was a fabulous tour! Richard was the best guide! He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly where to take us for best photos and really enjoys what he’s doing! Riding bikes throughout Barcelona was the best way to see the sights! Make sure and ask for Richard he’s the best!

My husband and I took the e-bike city tour. It was a small group which was good because riding was a bit challenging in this city. There is so much traffic that at times I was uncomfortable crossing streets etc. Especially with all of the scooters zipping around. But our tour guide was really nic...

I tried the ebike for the first time in Barcelona and they were amazing to get around Barcelona, our guide was gaurav, he took us around and told us the stories of the places where we stopped and make sure everybody was ok all the time. Will recommend to everybody!
