Late flight to Tokyo from bkk. So I dropped my bags off at Terminal 21 before noon and got them to the airport. I was able to spend the day without worrying about getting back to the Airbnb to pick them up. I got email confirmation that they were at the airport later in the day. I spend the day running around the city and doing some sightseeing. I jumped on the airport train later in the day and the luggage pickup location was right next to the station at the airport. It's located right at the terminal 21 mall so it's really convenient to drop off your luggage and venture Bangkok handsfree for the one last time before heading to the airport. Everything worked out perfectly on time with our luggage transfer between BKK and DMK airports in Bangkok. It relieved us for the day and we were able to experience Bangkok freely without worrying about our luggage the whole day. The price we paid for this transfer was 199 THB per bag and this was quite reasonable considering the distance betweeen the two airports and the relief that we got in return for this service.I have used their service twice now, and let me tell you it has changed my life! I have used their service twice now, and let me tell you it has changed my life! I travel constantly for my work, which requires packing a lot of luggage for multiple seasons and for very formal events. I use Bangkok as my main international hub for flights, and often go into the city for a day or two and conrtinue elsewhere. Dragging a 23kg suitcase into public transportation or through the streets of Bangkok is horrible, and now using the aeroportel service everything is way more convenient! They are friendly, their cost is great, they speak English and Thai, and my bags have never been damaged or tampered with. Things to know: - when they say 24hrs, they mean 24hrs. Do not collect your luggage in 24hrs and 1 minute. If your time ends at 2:30, be there before then. They will charge you another day at 2:31... Just accept that. The service is already a reasonable cost anyway, be timely. - check your suitcase with them, take photos if you must. as the minute you sign that paper, you release liability for damages without proof. I have never had an issue of anything being damaged, but this is just a so you know tip. - their limit for the 100 baht cost is 25kg. If your bag is over 25kg, they will charge you another 100 baht. - DO NOT LOSE YOUR PICK UP TAG! The slip of paper confirming your bag will have the time you checked the bag and the time you anticipate picking it up highlighted. Do not lose this, as they will charge you for losing it. All of this seems like common sense, but it may not be for others.
