Often was difficult to tell which as the audio quality was poorJorge was a fantastic tour guide and Franklin made sure we had a smooth trip. We would definitely take another tour with Julia Travel.

We went on this tour with a male guide today (name withheld unless requested). His knowledge of the trip was very good and for the most part understandable. However at one point he asked if everybody had understood what he had said and I had to say no I really had not. He explained what he had meant and that was fine. It truly was a matter of his pronunciation and my hearing. He did not take too kindly to being told he was not understood. It was a warm day and a lot was happening. However he followed up the explanation by making personal remarks about how I was not paying attention and was smiling and not always looking at him. I was shocked as were my travelling companions and we all agreed that he had gone too far. I did not challenge him at the time. At the end of the tour I called him aside and explained that I thought his personal remarks were unprofessional and that I was going to complain to his company JULIA TRAVEL. I went to their offices immediately afterwards and told them what had occurred. They did not believe what I said and told me that he was merely giving me instructions. It turns out he had gotten to their office first. I was told that if there was an issue between the guide and I that I should have sorted it out myself. I am extremely disappointed with this and feel unheard and discredited. I will not use the company againMaria was great overall, but the schedule felt a little rushed at times. Maria was great overall, but the schedule felt a little rushed at times. For example, I wish there was more time for lunch/free time. I also wished we had more time to go inside more of the churches and other landmarks that were pointed out. We were able to learn so much history throughout the tour, but at times I thought we would be able to explore the inside of a building and then kept walking down the street to the next destination. Great way to get a quick, general feel for the cities, but if you really want to appreciate each aspect and take your time, I suggest exploring on your own.
