What to expect
Merge yourself in a typical Italian atmosphere, in the beautiful Manarola village, meet your friendly local chef and get ready to improve your cooking skills; you will use the freshest ingredients, such as basil and pine nuts.
You will learn to prepare the Pesto with the marble mortar, in the most traditional way, while learning curiosities about Ligurian culinary traditions.
At the end of the class, take a sit and enjoy the fruits of your labor with your friends and family.
You'll taste pesto with fresh home made focaccia and a glass of local white wine.

Amazing! A must do if visiting Cinque Terra - it was one of my favorite things during our ten day trip. Learn how to make pesto and be entertained by the owner and his friendly staff. Hear the story of how the experience was started. And best of all the food! Do not eat before you go - and you may not want dinner. And, the wine they serve is top notch! Warning - it is a hike to reach the experience - up hill and a winding staircase. Great views and umbrella coverage for sun or rain.This was such a fun experience. We loved getting a local perspective and the pesto was amazing. We can’t wait to make it for our family and friends at home.
