We were supposed to be done at 4,30 we weren't done until 7,15 and then they called the bus go back because I never filled out there review form ,more waisted time . We missed our hotel 8pm dinner reservation.I did a solo trip to Cancun and this organization Was able to help me enjoy my trip even further. I would normally give this a 5-star rating, as the day itself, the staff, and the adventures (repelling, zip-lining, lunch, snorkeling, ATV-ing, and swimming in a cave) were fantastic!! The food was surprisingly (because it was the middle of the jungle) good, and the staff serving was incredibly gracious. Our driver (Dagoberto), guide (Rodrigo), and overall experience were terrific. I even misplaced my shorts containing my phone and wallet, and they had been found by staff and returned completely intact. I was incredibly grateful for that! However, at the end of the day, we were told one of our life-jackets (mandatory for snorkeling) was missing, and we were required to pay a $30 fee, as well as $35 for rental of five towels. The life jacket (They were not numbered.) could not be missing, as it would have to be somewhere at their site. It's possible that someone in another group picked it up, but there's no way someone would take this home, so if it was missing, it would still be on their property. What was disappointing was that we were told that this fee could not be paid via credit card, but instead could only be paid in cash to the driver/guide. That was just not believable, since there was even a credit card terminal in the middle of the jungle, that we used to pay for pictures. This felt a bit off and I would be curious if the $65 actually went to the company. Our guide also recommended a gratuity of $10 per person, which he said the driver and he would split. However, at the hotel, when we were went in to break a $100 bill to pay the $65 for the life jacket and towel rental, the driver told us the guide only gave him $5 from our $70 tip. The driver then called the guide, who told him to keep part of the $65, and that he would use some of the tip money to pay for the towel rental. Again, the adventures, our driver, the guide were fantastic all day long, and I want to be clear that we would highly recommend this adventure, but this one incident just seemed off.The fun started right when Mygnor picked us up. The fun started right when Mygnor picked us up. He cracked jokes, explained sights, mayan signs, scientific principles on the way, and was an overall wonderful tour guide. The snorkelling was interesting, although we expected more fish; nevertheless it was a fun experience. Cenote was great, but would have been even better if we had a waterproof flashlight. The water was crystal clear and the little light they do have was sufficient to see most of the cave. Zip lining and ATVs were a blast as well. Good exercise and a fun experience overall.Everything we did was awesome! Our guide, Angel aka grandpa was wonderful. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. The tour was grade A and the lunch we received was awesome. There is nothing I can bad about our entire experience.
