Getting the online link to begin playing was incredibly difficult. I can't understand why the link couldn't have been sent with the confirmation email or text when the charge was processed. Having to use the provided link to the order webpage, select the desired game, fill in the order form with the provided payment code, wait for another text or email with the link to start playing. What a hassle!! I tried calling because I didn't understand why I needed to place another order and no one was available to answer on a Saturday afternoon. The game once started was fun. Too bad it was so frustrating at the start. I'm sure you can do much better.We’ve been to Ashland many times but this is the first time we’ve done a scavenger hunt. It was great!! We went to places we hadn’t before and learned some history about the place. It was a great way to see the town and get some exercise in.
