Art, History & Waterfront Views in DUMBO
Overview
We will take in the unique sights, sounds and tastes that make DUMBO such a rich and amazing neighborhood, with a focus on female-owned & run businesses. We will see some of the best visual art in the city, both indoors and out, along with an exclusive private studio visit with a local artist, sampling some unique savory snacks and sweet treats along the way.
This walk features some of the most beautiful waterfront views of Manhattan, and you will learn more about how this fascinating neighborhood has grown and changed over time. It is a great opportunity to take a deep dive into one of NYC's most beautiful and fascinating neighborhoods, learn about its history and meet new friends along the way.
We will end near the East River ferry, if you would like to ride back to Manhattan with other attendees (not included in trip price).

Stop At: Brooklyn Bridge Park, 334 Furman St, Brooklyn, NY 11201-9750
We will walk through the start of the Brooklyn Bridge Park, admiring beautiful waterfront views of Manhattan, and learn about its history and development.
Duration: 15 minutes
Stop At: Manhattan Bridge, South Street and FDR Drive, New York City, NY 10002
We will stop at the famous Manhattan bridge overpass, for which the neighborhood was named.
Duration: 5 minutes
Stop At: Brooklyn Flea, 241 37th St Sunset Park, Brooklyn, NY 11232-2417
We will take a walk through the famous Brooklyn flea market - said to be one of the best of its kind!
Duration: 5 minutes
Stop At: Time Out Market New York, 55 Water St, Brooklyn, NY 11201, USA
We will walk through the market, check out the rooftop views and stop at a few favorite purveyors.
Duration: 5 minutes
Stop At: Dumbo Manhattan Bridge View, 39 Washington St # 21, Brooklyn, NY 11201-1028
We will stop for the most iconic (and photographic) viewpoint in the city!
