Discover Arequipa's main square and its vibrant architecture. A good way to be introduced to the city's history.
Duration: 10 minutes
Stop At: Plaza de Armas, Arequipa Peru
Learn all the ins and outs of cooking the best guinea pig, alpaca, and tubercules.
Duration: 40 minutes
Stop At: Victoria - Picantería democrática, C. Zela 200 B, Arequipa 04000, Peru
Dive into the preparation of ocopa with a traditional "batán" while visiting a picanteria museum. After that, taste two different types of homemade chichas and pisco.

Stop At: Barrio de San Lázaro, Arequipa 04001, Peru
Stroll through the small streets of San Lázaro neighborhood and taste pork adobo, one of Arequipa's most emblematic dish. Accompanied by another star: Kola Escocesa.

Finish up with a rocoto relleno, pastel de papa and queso helado tasting, before admiring the views of the Misti volcano in Yanahuara.
