We thoroughly enjoyed our extensive tour of Appleton! Our guide, Alan, was great - very friendly and grew up in Appleton, so he really knew his way around. Plus we were able to see the "art house" which was cool, and I would guess even most residents don't know where it is! My son is going to college at Lawrence University, and we did this as a kind of get-acquainted tour, but honestly it was just plain fun. Segways are very easy to maneuver - anyone can do it - and we had perfect weather. We went through several parks, over and around the river, and the views were breathtaking.
