We pick-up all travelers on your hotel, hotels, or apartments in Panama City.
Be aware of the communication from our guide the day before the tour to coordinate meeting points and pick-up times.
Duration: 3 minutes
Stop At: Mi Pueblito, Manzana 080814 136338-6, Panamá, Panama
This is where we park our van and start the walking tour.
Our guide will give you a brief explanation of what awaits us on this light hike. You will be given your flashlight and a bottle of water to start our ascent to the top of the highest point in the city.
Duration: 5 minutes
Stop At: Ancon Hill, Quarry Heights, Panama City Panama
Ancon Hill is a nature reserve of wildlife. You will make a walk of about 30 minutes to the top of the Hill. The walk is quite easy and moderate. The road is paved, and it is not necessary to be in perfect physical condition, since the walk is very entertaining and at that time of the morning, the weather remains very fresh and pleasant. During the walk you can see armadillos, sloths, anteaters, dendrobates auratus frogs and you can also watch a lot of birds, such as toucans and parrots among many more.
When you reach the top of Ancón hill, while you relax and prepare for the show that nature will offer you, your friendly tour guide will prepare a light breakfast with fruits of the season and juice, while you enjoy and take the best pictures of the city of Panama.

Here we will find ourselves right in front of the access door of what was considered the largest military shelter or bunker built by the United States of America outside its territory during the Second World War.

We reached the top!
While the guide prepares a refreshing snack with tropical fruits, you can take amazing pictures of the city of Panama.
After a snack, it's time to enjoy the great wildlife such as toucans, sloths and we will be able to see some specimens of the Geoffrey tamarin monkey on the way down the hill.

This trip was amazing! We had such a great time! Hike up the hill was great and the views from the top were awesome. We got lucky and it didn't rain. Then saw monkeys and sloths on the way down. Great way to spend a morning.

My tour ended up private and Juan made the experience one to remember. He took time to set up his telescope to view Tucans and see Panama skyline from spots. We saw sites not on a normal city tour and ended with breakfast. He's the best guide I've been with in a long time. Definitely worth th...

The morning of the tour we left the hotel at 5:30AM for a hike up Ancon Hill with Conozca Panama Primero Tours, and visited the highest point in Panama City that offers amazing views of both the modern as well as the old city, and of the Panama Canal (both original and new) from The Bridge of the Americas to the Centennial Bridge including the Miraflores and Cocali Locks. Juan Carlos was our amazing guide and was very knowledgeable and personable. On the hike we spotted five three-toed sloths and one two-toed sloth along with toucans, a caracara, a cuckoo, and many agouties.
