Such a business would be closed down in NZ as not acceptable. Tour guide was excellent and worth trip overall.

The trip started with showing us sights in Brussels from the time the bus took off. I got to see a lot of Brussels. We went to a Holstein Diary farm and this was the best place to buy souvenirs so I could leave them on the bus and not haul all over Amsterdam. Once there it was very crowded but luckily for me I had got a ticket at the office for a canal tour and had been told to go directly to the tour. I thought I had a lot of time with 3 hours there but it was so crowded I only had enough time to do the walking tour and then get to the canal tour. With both tours, I saw most of what I wanted to see. I had enough time to be a slice of pizza and drink before leaving. The staff at the office in the morning and those on the tour were all very helpful. I was told in Europe they do not trip and this was wrong. I did feel bad I did not have cash for the tip for the Driver and the guide.Very nice trip with an excellent guide "Bruno" !!!!!! I recommand this trip with friends or couple 😍
